Observation

2 children with Individual Care Plans indicates that liquid allergy medication to be given first and an epi pen second if symptoms worsen, out of the 2 medication plans, no liquid allergy medication as stated on the Health care form, were present. Provider stated that they don't have the liquid antihistamine medication as the parents have not provided the medication.
