MERIT reflected that an assistant's bloodborne pathogen training was expired at the time of inspection. MERIT reflected that an assistant's first-aid and CPR training were expired at the time of inspection. MERIT reflected that an assistant and two lead teachers' food worker cards were expired at the time of inspection.
