Observation

Licensor observed wood chip ground cover under swings and climbing structures and slides located on the upper left hand corner of the play yard to be less than 9" in depth under the structures. Licensee stated that she has plans to replenish ground cover in this area. (note: play ground is sloped and ground cover will migrate down the slope over a period of time)
