2a) Tiny dice and googly eyes in childcare area are choking hazards and accessible to all children. 2b) Blinds in licensed space have pull cords that are capable of forming a loop 2f) Sliding glass door did not have stickers or art work at child level to prevent children from walking into or through sliding glass door. 3f) Cubbies in licensed spare were not secured to wall and were capable of tipping 4g) Deck measuring 2'7" off ground did not have guardrails or steps. 5a) Outlets in licensed area were not Tamper Resistant (TR) 5b) Outlet next to bathroom sink was not GFCI or Tamper Resistant (TR)
