(2)(c) In the Preschool classroom, there was a cord from a stereo hanging and it was accessible to the children. (2)(d) In the Pre-K classroom, there was gloves and a roll of bags accessible to the children in the bathroom area. In the Discovery Preschool, there was plastic bags hanging from a drawer in the bathroom and were accessible to the children. (3)(c) In the Toddler and Discovery outdoor areas, there were 2 green toys that were broken and one blue riding toy had a crack wheel. (3)(g) In the Toddler outdoor area, there was flacking parts on a slide and permanent secure sitting stoll.
