Observation

There were cleaning spray bottles in a lower cabinet that was not locked, making them accessible to the children. During inspection visit, the bottles were immediately moved to a safe location. There was an outdoor storage area under the stairs that is not locked, making it accessible to children. This storage space also has a gap under the door which exceeds the allowed 3.5 inches. There were brooms in multible classrooms that were sitting against the wall, unsecured and accessible to children.
