Observation

1 year old child's Individual Care Plan is missing substitutions for allergen food (peanuts). The ICP is not signed by a health care provider. Two year old child with life threatening food allergy does not have ICP in place at all. Both of these children's epi pens on site are expired. The one year old on site has a cup vs. a syringe to adminster the Benadryl which is one of their rescue medications.
