0165(2)(c) There was wire cord posed a possible hazard and capable of forming a loop accessible to the children near the kitchen area during today’s visit. 0165(2)(d) There was some Ziplock plastic bags in the kitchen and in art and craft shelves posed a possible suffocation hazard accessible to children during monitor visit. 0165(3)(a) There was broken toy and no longer in good condition with broken edge posed a possible hazard for children in the outside licensed area. 0165(3)(c) There was some wood fence outside posed a possible hazard to splinters accessible to children during monitor visit today. 0165(3)(f) There was some shelves that was not secured and posed a possible tipping hazard.
