Observation

A dangling cord for a CD player was observed in Preschool A. It was made inaccessible immediately. The kitchen was unlocked and stoves were accessible to children as a result. Plastic gloves and bags were accessible to children in DP "B" room. Sharp corners are accessible to children on corners of A.C. units in multiple classrooms. Rust is visible on faucets in Pre-K, Preschool, Discovery Preschool bathroom. Corners of windowsills in infant and toddler rooms have sharp edges. Risk
