Observation

At the time of the onsite inspection visit, there were blinds with internal strings that could form a loop that was at least 7" and accessible to children in the living room and bathroom. At the time of the onsite inspection visit, the TV wire was three feet long, hanging loose, capable of forming a loop around a child's head, and accessible to children present. At the time of the onsite inspection visit, the indoor environment temperature was measured to be 64 degrees Fahrenhiet, with the windows open (60 degrees outside), and the heat turned off while a child was present. At the time of the onsite inspection visit, there werer 5 outlets observed that were not tamper resistant and accessible to children. (3 in dinning room and 2 in living room)
