Observation

At the time of the onsite inspection visit, there was a blue and orange plastic slide that was 6" from the concrete patio and less than 6' from the back fence. At the time of the onsite inspection visit, there was an orange and blue slide that did not have a safe fall zone material that complies with CPSC guidelines underneath. (no safe fall zone material present)
