Observation

This licensor found two screws accessible to children, one indoor, and one outdoor, when inspecting the space today. Plastic bags were accessible to children on the diaper changing table. The applicant had placed one crib under a window in the infant/toddler room. The washing machine/dryer is accessible to children in an unlocked/secured storage closet. There is one window in the main child care room and the applicant has blocked the natural light from this room with a curtain. The stairs to the outdoor play area do not have a handrail. Although the outlets are TR type, the applicant has placed outlet covers (choking hazards) in the outlets.
