Observation

A dangling cord was accessible to children in the staff tablet charging area located in the Pre-K room. This was fixed immediately. Plastic bags gloves were observed accessible to infants, four of whom can crawl, in an unlatched cabinet under the infant changing table. This cabinet was secured prior to our departure on 9.16 Windowsill edges, at infant height, in infant room, have sharp edges. Washer and dryer were accessible to children in an unlocked laundry room. A secondary freezer was accessible to children in the unlocked kitchen. The kitchen doorknob was replaced on 09.17. Sinks in Pre-K and Transitional Kindergarten, Developmental Preschool have visible rust around drain and faucet (Pre-school)
