Observation

Licensor observed indoor and outdoor corded items loose or accessible to children, along with extension cords and wires various appliances or other items accessible to children, that were loose and not to be intended for long periods of use. Licensor obersved a stairway to unlicensed space downstairs that did not have a pressure gate in place to prevent entry or access. Licensor observed bathroom water temp at 130 degrees F Licensor observed free standing lamp in main childcare space attached to an extension cord. Licensor observed nails on a wall outdoors that a tall child can have access too and other metal pieces with sharp edges Licensor observed playpack near main entry window Licensor observed plastic bags in kitchen area and outside entry door accessibe to children.
