Observation

Licensor Isis-Smith and Licensing Supervisor Eberhart checked the diaper creams above the diaper changing area and determined that there were no name and date labels on the cream, Upon opening a drawer that was accessible to children the Licensor noted that there was a bottle of adult medication, this medication was not labeled with a staff name and it was stored where a child might be able to reach it.
