Observation

A staff member has been employed for longer than 3 months and has not completed training requirements, inlcuding school-age basics training. A staff member did not have a food handler card. A staff member who did not yet complete school age basics did not have trainings in recognizing and reporting abuse and neglect, emergency preparedness, and serving children experiencing homelessness. There were staff without current training in Blood Borne Pathogens (BBP is a yearly requirement).
