Observation

Four staff have expired Safe Sleep training. Provider would like to note that none of these staff work in the infant room. As of part two of this inspection which took place on 6.14, all had current Safe Sleep. One staff person has an expired Food Handler's Permit. As of 6.14 this staff had completed the training. Provider was not aware that staff need to complete BBP on an annual basis and many have not taken it each year. As of 6.14 all staff now have current BBP training.
