Observation

1. There is a window in the kitchen accessible to children which has cords capable of forming loops. 2. Glass doors do not have stickers, art work or other mediums at children's eye level. 3. Outdoor fences are made of wood and are raw and have splinters. 4. In the outdoor area there are uneven cement edges, wich need steps and there are are tripping hazards (Play Area and Emergency Exit Pathway). 5. There is some flaking paint on the front door frame and there are some areas on the sheetrock in the kitchen which need repair. 6. Not all light bulbs are shatter resistant. 7. The water temperature is over 120 degrees F. 8. There are several cords on the outside walls which can form loops.
