Observation

During a complaint inspection for PC-416074, multiple staff shared concerns of possible suspected abuse/neglect with licensing/CPS regarding the child in question. Staff did not follow mandated reporter requirements per the WAC. This was discussed with management, who had documented the concerns thoroughly in the child's file. Management also followed up with staff in a timely manner to provide additional training around mandated reporting.
