Out of 5 staff files reviewed, one file lacked documentation of Bloodborne Pathogens training. Out of 5 staff files reviewed, 3 files lacked documentation of current CPR/First Aid training. Out of 5 files reviewed, 3 files lacked documentation of current Food Handlers training. Additionally, the program's cook was observed to have an expired Food Handler card. Out of 26 staff in MERIT, licensor noted 6 staff who were employed for 3 months or more lacked the required Child Care Basics training. Out of 5 staff files reviewed, all 5 staff lacked current infant Safe Sleep training.
