0170(2) Provider has not completed a fire safety inspection this year. 0170(3)(c) The ceiling fan in the bathroom has dust on it. 0170(3)(i) The fire extinguisher was purchased over 1 year ago; it can be taken to be serviced or you can buy a new one. It was also mounted above 5 feet and was re-mounted lower than 5 feet during the visit.
