Observation

0291(1)(b) There was a 4 month old infant, who was not observed to have the ability to turn over, sleeping on his stomach during the visit. This infant was observed to be placed on the floor for free play time for around 20 minutes and was not observed to turn over or attempt to. Additionally, provider was observed to place infant to sleep on his stomach while patting his back. Habia un infante de 4 meses, que no fue observado volteandose, durmiendo en su estomago durante la visita. Este infante fue observado en el piso en el juego libre por alrededor de 20 mintuos. En este tiempo el infante no fue observado volteando o intentando de voltearse por si mismo. La provedora fue observada colocando el infante en el corralito en su estomago mientras dando palmaditas en su espalda.
