Kids Co at Adams Elementary

Observation

Director, R.W. has an Initial Training Exemption and is missing training on Children Experiencing Homelessness. Staff did not know where files were then did not have access to the files. Licensor requested that staff member send documentation of First/Aid, CPR, Food Handlers, TB and Bloodborne Pathogen to the licensor by 1/25/2024 since the director, R.W was out. This was not received so the licensor could not verify information that is in MERIT for Staff members, R.W, T.D and C.P.
