0165 (2) (d) The Licensor observed plastic bags in the unlocked cabinet under the sink in the bathroom. There are also plastic bags in the closet in the hallway leading to the bathroom. The licensor suggested removing all prohibited materials and objects or placing child locks on both the cabinet in the bathroom and the closet sliding door. 0165 (3) (g) The Licensor observed toys inside and outside that were in poor condition, puzzles with rubbed off pictures, white board covered in crayon. Walls had dents behind where the door hits the wall with loose plaster coming out.
