During the onsite inspection visit, the licensor observed 2 rumba type vaccume cleaners in licensed space with long cords that are capable of forming a loop, accessible to children. Durng the onsite inspection visit, the licensor observed the kitchen cabinets where knives and other items that pose risk for cuts and abrasions, unlocked and accessible to children and observed broken machinary in the outside storage area that pose a risk of cuts and abrasions, accessible to children. During the onsite inspection visit, the licensor observed the outlet near the bathroom sink was not serge protected.
