Observation

The climbing structure in the toddler and school age area is not meeting the 6 feet distance around the play structure. It is placed close to the concrete area where there is a risk of child falling directly on concrete. The bark underneath the play structures in toddler, preschool, and school age outdoor areas is not meeting the 9 inches in depth.
