Observation

Shed on playground observed to not have a child safety or locking device. Rusty items, such has trikes need to be removed. Some items observed such as doors and furniture observed to have chipping paint. Sharp edge observed at bottom of the chain-link fence. Lifting baseboard in one classroom resulting in flaking paint, and access to flaking materials. Some furniture observed to not be secured at risk of falling.
