Observation

Licensor observed 2 diaper creams and 2 packs of diaper wipes in diaper changing station area in play room that was labeled keep out of reach of children. Bathroom had mirrored cabinet and stand up shower that had personal items accessible to children labeled keep out of reach of children. Disinfectant bottles were on children's cubbies accessible to children.
