Observation

Observed lack of guidance and attentiveness from staff to children on the day of inspection. Noise level was high and some children were not using/playing with the materials as intended. Some children appeared to need attention but did not get any. Staff did not observe the need and did not initiate any intervention or conversation to give children guidance.
