0165 (2)(b)(c) Licensor observed a window blind with pull cords that can form a loop accessible to children. 0165 (2)(f) Licensor observed the sliding glass door did not have stickers, etc. to avoid children from walking into or through the glass door. 0165 (4)(e) Licensor observed the water temperature in the bathroom sink was at 122-123*F.
