Observation

Licensor observed that a child with a diagnosed health condition—Asthma—did not have a0186 (1) (2) complete and signed Individual Care Plan (ICP) on file, as required. Additionally, the Provider did not have immediate access to a prescribed life-saving medication (e.g., inhaler)in the event of a food allergy or asthma-related crisis. No medication training was provided to properly manage a child's food allergies.
