110-300-0260(1)(a) Licensee had bleach and cleaners accessible in the employee break room. 110-300-0260(2)(a) Licensee had the breakroom used for storge unlocked and accessible to the children. 110-300-0260(5) Licensee had a lawn mower next to the back exit door. This lawn mower was removed and placed in a locked car while this licensor was on this site visit. The licensee had a broom and a dustpan and a mop accessible to the children in the primary room one bathroom. These items were all removed during this site visit.
