Observation

0145 (1) The Licensor observed several hazards on the licensed outdoor space, like large basketball hoop with a stand laying o its side, no fence or gate on one side of the playground. 0145(6), (7), (8), (9), (11) The provider had one side of the fence missing, the part that separates the playground from the driveway and the street. The self latching mechanism was still attached to the gate but there was no fence to close the gate to. The provider is looking for contractors to install the fence.
