WAC 110-300-0165(3)(a): Broken fence in licensed outdoor space has sharp nails hangin out, accessible to children. Fence will need to be repaired to make nails inaccessible. WAC 110-300-0165(5)(a): Several outlets observed that are not tamper-resistant or covered. WAC 110-300-0165(5)(c): Outlet near window does not have covering, exposed wires. Will need to be covered with outlet plate and made tamper resistant. WAC 110-300-0165(4)(e): Water in kitchen and bathroom in licensed space shows 150.9 degrees. Water will need to be turned down to 120 degrees or lower to meet WAC requirement
