0135 (2)(b) Furniture is not developmentally and age appropriate for children observed in care. 0135(2)(e) Soft bouncy horse observed in outdoor play area that was made of fabric and not designed to be left outdoors for extended period of time, the condition was in poor condition due to being water logged by rain.
