110-300-0165(2)(b) Licensor observed accessible window covering in back room with a pull cord capable of forming a strangulation loop. 110-300-0165(2)(c) Licensor observed accessible lamp cord in living room capable of forming a loop around a child's neck and a vaccum with accessible cords located in play room. 110-300-0165(3)(f) Licensor observed multiple falling hazards such as: DVD shelf not secured in living room, vases and trinkets not secured on window sills, unsecured cabinet with lightbulbs located in food storage room above a crib that is used, and unsecured to wall bookshelf with high but accessible toys and books in the play room.
