Licensor observed loose corded items in toddler room by eating area, preschool room drawer of white desk and school age area near library. Licensor observed plastic items in outdoor storage area, under preschool sink around plunger accessible , and under sink in toddler area changing area, unlocked and accessible to children. Outdoor play area orange bench has orange paint chipping on seating area.
