Observation

There are blinds in the back nap room and in the main child care room that have inner cords capable of forming a loop, posing a risk of strangulation. The outlets in the licensed spaces are not tamper resistant. There is a electrical cord in the back patio that is loose and not directly plugged into a wall outlet or surge protector.
