0145(1) in the outdoor, the following items were accessible, broken water boiler, garbage debris, 2 windows, broken concrete in the back left side of the yard. On the right side of the house, there are two window wells accessible to children in childcare; the dimensions are 44" x 33", and children could fall into these openings.
