WAC 110-300-0470(4)(a) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed in the preschool room the posting of the last fire and evacuation drill was in April and at the top of the form it said 2022. The staff verified during the monitor visit that this was the form used to document drills. This licensor observed downstairs in the toddler room the emergency fire drill form on the wall that stated the last fire drill was in July with the year at the top saying 2023. WAC 110-300-0470(4)(b) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed the forms posted on the wall in both rooms was missing emergency drills every three calendar months that include earthquake, lockdown, or a shelter in place.
