0105(2) Licensor was not able to verify (2) staff members (Maddison G./Brittney S.) TB test on file. Dispute Description: Brittany Sticka has not worked since August of last year. I kept her file in hopes she would come back to work with me. I asked her where her TB test was and she said she took it to apply for a dental assistant job. Madison Glidden is a home school student who comes here and does her homeschooling and helps me with the children. I did not think she needed a TB test. I sent her in on Wednsday 1-17-24 results will be here Saturday 1-20-24.
