Observation

Provider stated during health and safety recheck that they did not move dome climbing structure so that it was at least 6 ft away from swing set, provide swing set and dome climbing structure with 6 ft of fall zones to meet fall zone requirements, or add enough woodchips to meet the ground covering requirement of 9 inches of woodchips.
