Observation

Provider had some food items for children in the same area as washer and dryer were stored and where laundry detergents and other cleaning supplies were kept. Outdoor storage room was observed to not be locked. Provider had some toilet cleaning supplies inside of cabinet in restroom area that was not locked. Provider had water hose, mop, bucket, and cardboard in outdoor space accessible to children.
