Observation

Not all epi pens had written and signed consent permission forms from parent or guardians. 2 out of 4 epi pen medications, had forms with the medication, 2 did not have any forms. 2 back packs with medication were observed accessible to children, one on a classroom cabinet and one in the hallway.
