Observation

0165(2)(a) - At the time of this inspection, licensor observed small wooden blocks in the toddler room that were smaller than 1 and 3/4 inches. Provider corrected on site by removing these blocks from this classroom. 0165(2)(f) - At the time of this inspection, licensor observed windows in all classrooms (infant, toddler, and 3 preschool age rooms) that were at children's eye level. These windows did not have stickers or another method of preventing children from walking into them. 0164(5)(b) - At the time of this inspection, licensor observed multiple outlets near handwashing sinks that were not equipped with a GFCI type outlet: 2 outlets in the infant room, 1 outlet in the toddler room, 1 outlet in the preschool "green room," 2 outlets in the preschool "blue room," and 1 outlet in the preschool "purple room."
