110-300-0165(2)(c) Licensee has cords accessible under the sink in the pre pre classroom to a fish aquarium that is capable of forming a loop around a child’s neck. 110-300-0165(2)(d) Licensee has plastic bags accessible in the Pre pre classroom under the bathroom sink area, and under the diaper changing area, boxes of plastic bags were accessible upstairs in the hallway area. 110-300-0165(3)(g) Licensee has flaking paint on the walls of the dining area, white shelves in the dining area, in the toddler room wall, in the pre pre classroom and in outside bathroom wall.
