2a) Jelly beans in easter eggs on toy shelf accessible to children and debris in front yard (screws and soda can tabs) accessible to children posed a risk of choking 4a) Temperature of house was 62 degrees at time of visit. 4f) Stairway leading up to front porch did not have a gate to make stairway inaccessible to infants and toddlers 5a) Outlets in rooms accessible to children are not tamper resistant 5b) Two outlets next to kitchen sink and outlet next to bathroom sink is not GFCI.
