Observation

The program was observed to have a child in care that has not yet reached 3 years old and will not be 3 until March. The licensor talked with the director and vice principal about changing the license to the age of 2 1/2 at the starting age instead of 3 or submitting a waiver for the child. It appears through conversation that the program is enrolling 2 year old children. If children are two years old the max group size in a room is 15 with 3 staff.
