Observation

During onsite inspection, Licensor observed that the installed play structure does not meet the CPSC’s guidelines for installation as the numbered climbing wall fall zones is 65 inches (5.41 feet) to barrier (not meeting the 6 feet fall zone requirement). During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the outdoor play area wood chips does not meet the CPSC’s guidelines for 9 inches, and measured 6 inches, 6.5 inches, 7 inches, and 8 inches around the play structure.
