Observation

During the onsite visit, the licensor observed cleaning hazards stored under the kitchen sink and observed the cabinet was unlocked, making the cleaning hazards accessible to the children when the children are in the kitchen. During the onsite visit, the licensor observed a door size hole in the side of the house in the licensed outside area, making the garage accessible to children.
